Given a one month deadline of January 1st, vOfficeware wasted no time in developing the streamlined online application for Sotheby’s Institute of Art. vOfficeware went from concepts and mockups to XHTML/CSS coding and ASP.NET development all in about 3 weeks. The application unifies processes among their three campuses separated across three continents. In addition to supporting staff members, the application has become easier for student registration. Students can save and return to their app throughout the process. Upon completion, students can download and print a PDF copy of their application to see exactly how the enrollment director views it. On the administrative side, a workflow was developed to support application processing and centralization of application artifacts such as attached essays and letters of recommendation.
