As B2R has grown to 6 locations and processes millions of dollars per month, the vOfficeware developed platform needed to be retrofitted to support GAAP accounting rules. Data had to be fed into the line of business machine: Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Solomon).

As September 1st marks the biggest period of B2R’s enrollment and billing, the system just had to work. Historical data still had to be kept intact, and really old data dating back years needed to be preserved in a format that could be compared with the new accrual based tools.

Today marks the deployment of nearly 6 months of planning and executation.
