Scheduling and Billing System

We’ve B2R a few times on our featured work blog – that’s mainly because they keep pushing us to the limits in terms of the challenges they ask us to overcome. In this iteration we’ve completely revamped the scheduling and billing system to support seamless movement of students from one class to another. That may sound minor, but with payroll records and a dizzying spell of accounting codes being generated given all of the automation we developed, major restructuring was needed. We’re proud to have pulled this off without site level interruption.

GoPublicService.org is now live! GPS is an information repository for those looking to get a career in the public service field. We take pride in this launch as it exemplifies our ability to take our customer’s needs and then “go on auto-pilot” and come back with a site they are happy with at an affordable cost. Like USNews, GoPublicService.org has a data repository that displays detailed information such as tuition, enrollment, and graduation stats specifically for schools that offer graduate degrees in public affairs and administration.

We just completed a major overhaul of the franchise management system we developed to support the workflow of Bach to Rock Music School! The system now allows for PCI-Compliant auto-renew for the billing of lessons. This enhancement continues to reduce the need for touch labor and helps avoid human error in processing the monthly bill system. With more time to spend on growing the business we’re looking forward to seeing their expansion continue as they open their second location!

A major overhaul of Prior Art Searches has just been completed! We’ve developed an enterprise grade information management and workflow tracking system to fully automate PAS’s service line. Prior Art Searches has been in the business since 1981 and has led the technology curve in its industry since. vOfficeware has helped them with the latest iteration by securely enabling document delivery. Researchers and clients can securely access a unified information portal to download documents, request new work orders and electronically pay invoices online.

Bach to Rock opens with great fanfare at its Bethesda, MD location. Bethesda is the start to what will become one of hundreds of music schools around the country powered by vOfficeware technology. This launch culminates nearly 6 months of hard work to engineer processes and procedures around the day to day operations of running a school.
